Terms of Service

1. Service overview

This website (the “Site”) provides information on, and processes, subscription payments and credit purchases for the cloud features of the WordPress plugin “SOHO SEO” (Human-touch Post Check, internal/external link suggestions and automatic publishing, tag cleanup and more). The plugin’s technical SEO features (structured data, sitemaps, redirects, etc.) are free and require no payment. Payments on this Site apply only to the use of the cloud server (SOHO Intelligence analysis).

2. Payment processing and Merchant of Record

All payments on this Site (monthly subscriptions and credit top-ups) are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions and handles payment processing, tax calculation and collection, and payment-related customer support. Card and other payment details are handled directly by Paddle and are never stored by this Site or its operator.

3. Subscription and automatic renewal

The monthly plan renews automatically every month on your billing date, and the included credits are granted at each renewal. You can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Credits already granted do not expire on cancellation and can be used for the rest of their validity period. Additional credit top-ups are one-time payments; they have no expiry date and are added to your credit balance.

4. Use of the service and data processing

When you use the cloud features, the title and body of the post you submit for analysis and your site’s domain are sent to the SOHO cloud server for processing. The server passes this information to Anthropic (Claude API) and, as a secondary provider, the OpenAI API to generate the analysis, and does not use it for any other purpose.

5. Prohibited conduct

Misusing credits by sharing an account (domain), obtaining credits abnormally by exploiting vulnerabilities, and any other conduct that interferes with the operation of the service are prohibited. If a violation is confirmed, use of the service may be restricted without prior notice.

6. Changes to and suspension of the service

The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the features provided for operational or technical reasons. Significant changes will be announced in advance.

7. Disclaimer

The operator is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or outages of third-party services (external processing providers, payment processors, etc.).

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to these Terms is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures of the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Disputes concerning payments themselves may also be subject to Paddle’s terms and procedures.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be revised when necessary. Revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
