This website (the “Site”) values your personal information and handles it according to the policy below.

1. Information we collect

  • Purchasers: email address and payment information (handled directly by Paddle; we do not store card numbers or similar data)
  • Plugin users: the WordPress site’s domain and the title and body of posts submitted for analysis (sent and processed temporarily, for analysis only)

2. Purposes of collection and use

  • Processing subscription/credit payments and sending payment confirmation emails
  • Providing cloud features such as the Human-touch Post Check and internal/external link suggestions
  • Service announcements and responding to inquiries

3. Disclosure to third parties and processors

The minimum information required for payment is provided to Paddle, and the content of posts submitted for analysis is sent to the external language processing services Anthropic (Claude API) and, as a secondary provider, the OpenAI API. Information is not provided to third parties for any other purpose.

4. Retention period

Domain and credit information is kept for as long as you use the service, and may be retained for a reasonable period after you stop using it (cancellation and use of all remaining credits) to verify settlements.
